Somehow even taking a quick hot shower can feel like a day at the spa (not that I've ever been) and if I close my eyes, I can momentarily forget that that same shower needs a good scrubbing. I often leave the bathroom feeling refreshed, smelling closer to a rose and a polished tub behind me. So, without a doubt, I definitely accomplish more when I've cared for myself. Thanks for the reminder to carve out some "me time".
