I had the same issue at first with the fibers sort of sloughing off into the transplanting gel tube. What fixed it for me was letting the fibers sort if ” set” before applying the second coat of gel. I go gel fibers next eye. Gel fibers. Next eye. Gel. Next eye gel. Make sense? Lol!
