I love how organized you are, Lois! You have a lot of great stuff in your vehicle...way to be prepared! I hadn't even thought of a flashlight...I will have to include one in my car. Thanks for your suggestions! =)

A pack of water bottles and some candy, ones that won't melt in the summer heat. The candy can help the kids last a little longer on those rides. I also made a bag to hang over the back of the head rest to hold window markers. They can spend the whole ride coloring the windows.

Included in my car are those grocery bags and a small cooler I need to have for the store. I need a small blanket for when the husband freezes me with the air conditioner. I also have a safety kit that includes wipes, rubber gloves, band aids, pain and antibiotic ointment, small scissors, cough drops, thermometer strips, twisters, cold pack, dental floss, anti acid roll and more that I can't think of at the moment. My kit is a small soft one but the hubby has a hard cased one. Johnson and Johnson had one as a free item if you purchased three of their items to include in it. You can also buy ready made ones at places like Big Lots or the pharmacy too. My grandson got a little car sick the other day and he was very glad that Nana had a first aid kit. He even asked me to help him put one together for his mother for her birthday. My car also has its own set of charger for the electronics, a flashlight and an extra pair of sunglasses. We can never be to organized or ready when little things come up. I also have all the stuff you included in your car plus a little set of music CD's for a change of pace.
