Then you practice coming right away when mommy calls, okay?&quot;  Little children think this is fun, but it can really help to get them into the habit of coming when you call them.  Mix it up by moving around, even to a different room where they can&#039;t see you.  Or try to make them laugh by saying &quot;Cup!&quot; instead of come.  Anything to make it fun.  You can also do the same type of things with telling them to stop.  (I find it&#039;s just as important for them to know how to stop right away as it is to come - walking in parking lots, running toward a road, etc.)]]></description>
