					<description><![CDATA[I made this tonight and it turned out great.  AS soon as I saw the recipe I had to make it.  I omitted the nuts but put in sunflower and pumpkin seeds and add raisins the last 8min.  I will use this recipe again.  A nice way to use coconut oil.]]></description>

Dee, there are two kinds of coconut oil - virgin and expeller pressed. If you use expeller pressed coconut oil, it is odorless and tasteless.  I actually prefer the hint of coconut taste in the virgin oil, but you do have the option for tasteless oil if you&#039;d like it better!]]></description>
