I enjoy real books too – we have bookshelves full and boxes in the attic! I think I’m just addicted to books period! There are just things I love about both. So sorry to hear about your eyes. I’m sure that’s not fun. 🙁

I honestly prefer real books. I have a condition called amourosis fujax which is eye strokes and though i spend a great deal of time online, when it comes to reading a book, it is very straining on my eyes to read on a lighted screen. I enjoy downloading crochet patterns onto my ipad but i can always print those out. for me reading books is a pastime i am not ready to allow to go digital, not just because of my eyestrokes but because i really enjoy books.
