LOL! I know what you mean! I wish I&#039;d known then what I know now about NOT waiting 6 weeks to start walking and recruiting my core. At least I know it for others, eh? I tell my husband we should get pregnant again so I can take my own advice, but he says that&#039;s not a good reason ;) hehe!]]></description>

When I say I&#039;m gonna resume exercise after the baby is born...well...&quot;after&quot; is a very vague term. (cough).  But I am glad you mentioned these things for those who actually get off their rear and start exercising a little sooner than I do.  And fit2b is an awesome choice for postpartum exercise too!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Looks like a great routine and I&#039;ll be pinning it, but you need to avoid the pushups until after your diastasis recti closes postpartum. And that&#039;s my specialty ;) You also may find that the jacks are too high-impact for a recovering pelvic floor. But you can return to all of it once you rehabilitate those muscles, and you won&#039;t have any leaking or a bulging belly to show for it. Blessings!]]></description>
