					<description><![CDATA[I would like to add raw local honey and elderberry syrup as well. The most sick my son has been in his 3 short years of life was roseola he got from daycare 2 years ago. No pink eye , ear infections, stomach bugs etc like so many of his peers.]]></description>

Most definitely, Leah!  To me, feeding a real, no-processed diet basically means no sugar except for extra special treats, but I think there are lots of people that still make desserts a lot even with &quot;real-food&quot; ingredients.  But cold and flu season is not the time of year to do it!]]></description>

<p>Most definitely, Leah!  To me, feeding a real, no-processed diet basically means no sugar except for extra special treats, but I think there are lots of people that still make desserts a lot even with &#8220;real-food&#8221; ingredients.  But cold and flu season is not the time of year to do it!</p>

Especially in the winter/spring, I become &quot;Sugar Nazi&quot; and eliminate as much as possible from our diet. It does wonders!
