Hi Mandy, I have had some problems myself. I was actually planning to write a little review so that anyone that was spending more than the free credit knew what to expect. They didn’t send items that I ordered – it happened twice. It was disappointing, although they did replace it with a credit to order something else. And I can’t really complain about ordering stuff that I didn’t have to pay for!
