These are great! One thing I’ve done with young ones is to pick three words – depending on the message, something like Jesus, forgiveness, and grace – and have them keep slash marks for every time they hear one of those words. It helps keep their attention during the entire service.

These are great, MaryEllen! Thanks! We have 5 boys from 5 years old to (almost) 12. I like the idea of having special paper for them to use.
